Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate and manage staff performance.
• Plan and organize operations; direct and control day-to-day activities.
• Assign employees to maintain safety, quality and cost controls.
• Lead meetings and communicate updates and goals to teams.
• Address employee concerns; escalate customer service issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and safety programs.
