• Lead and supervise daily operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient package sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance; enforce FXG policies and safety programs.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations; manage labor and costs.
