Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handling, retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, dock or related supervisory roles
• Certification program or Associate's Degree in related area may substitute for experience
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient package sortation and staffing
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff and manage performance
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations
• Mentor and develop Operations Supervisors and leaders
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and safety programs
