Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate’s Degree or 2+ years of college towards a degree.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and staff in a safe, efficient manner.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and address staff performance and concerns.
• Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations for parcel sortation.
• Assign and manage staff for safe, cost-effective sortation and yard movement.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to staff at all levels.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety programs.
• Train new employees on duties, performance expectations, and FXG policies.
• Mentor and develop junior Operations Supervisors.
