Job summary

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, training, evaluating performance, and conducting daily meetings to communicate updates and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses towards a degree.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate employees.
• Ensure safe and efficient package sortation per FedEx policies.
