Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline staff in FedEx sortation operations.
• Hire, train, coach, recognize, and evaluate staff; handle discipline and performance management.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations and staffing.
• Ensure safe, efficient sortation and compliance with FXG policies and regulations.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to the team.
