Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a frontline supervisor to support the Safety Above All culture and manage daily operations and staff. The role ensures safe and efficient package sortation and compliance with FXG policies and regulations.

The supervisor will hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff, lead meetings, and communicate updates to teams. This position emphasizes safety, mentoring, and positive leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience required in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Certification programs or additional college coursework may substitute experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a champion for FedEx Safety Above All Culture and initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training, recognition and performance evaluation.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals.
• Develop and administer safety strategies and programs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues when needed.
• Train new employees on duties and performance expectations.
