Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of degree, certification program or 2+ years toward a degree may be considered.
• Six months of supervisory or package handling experience in a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock).

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers to ensure safe and efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate performance, and address staff concerns.
• Plan and direct daily operations and manage administrative tasks.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with FXG policies and regulations.
