Job summary

Clayco is seeking an on-site safety coordinator to support daily safety orientations, site roster updates, and document control. You will manage PPE inventory, badges, and filing of permits and inspections, ensuring compliance and timely communication with subcontractors.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety orientations for on-site personnel.
• Maintain and update the site roster regularly.
• Add acknowledgment information into employee orientation sheets, including certifications.
• Scan and file daily documents (permits, PTSA’s) both digitally and on-site.
• Notify subcontractors and safety when documents are not submitted as per site metrics.
• Serve as the point of contact for visitor and worker badges and manage badge reassignments.
