Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager based in Washington state to support clients with Job Order Contracting (JOC) products and services. You will apply construction data and software expertise to deliver results, train contractors, and ensure client needs are understood and met.

In this role you will manage multiple accounts, drive renewals and upsells, collaborate with project managers, and coordinate with finance for billing, while traveling 50-70% within WA and OR to support clients and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in construction procurement, management, or project leadership in facilities/road construction.
Strong knowledge of public procurement, pricing, contracting, and JOC processes.
Excellent customer service, communication, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain schedules to meet procurement objectives for clients.
Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures; assist in bids.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to keep projects on time and budget.
Drive client retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams on contract renewals and reporting.
Travel 50-70% within WA and OR.
