Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager based in Washington state to support and train clients on Job Order Contracting (JOC) products and services. The role emphasizes professional conduct, construction knowledge, and delivering results through Gordian’s data and software.

Responsibilities include procurement scheduling, training, contract bid support, and regular client communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, or comparable work experience.
• 5+ years in construction procurement, management, or related experience in facilities and road construction.
• Experience with public construction operations, pricing, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules to accomplish procurement objectives for clients.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures; assist in contract bidding.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on contract renewals and procurement processes.
