Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience.
• Knowledge of plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.
• Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels.
• Ability to travel 50–70% within assigned geographic area (Kentucky and Ohio).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and develop positive relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert on contracts, proposals and operations to drive retention and upsells.
• Oversee project support including scope development and material take-offs.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on renewals, schedules, and training for client staff.
• Identify root causes of customer success/failures and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed goals and provide program insights.
• Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
• Maintain superior customer service and operational excellence.
• Assist Finance with billing setup and invoicing.
• Support hiring, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.
• Participate in budget, revenue forecasting, and profit/loss management.
