Gordian is seeking an Account Manager based in Washington state to support and train clients on Gordian’s Job Order Contracting (JOC) products and services. You will help governments and institutions maximize efficiency and cost savings through our data and software.

The role focuses on client retention, renewals, upsells, and collaborating with Project Managers, with 50–70% travel within WA and OR. A relevant engineering/construction degree and 5+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction procurement, construction management, project management, or general contracting in facilities and road construction.
• Extensive knowledge of public construction operations, pricing, and contracting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain procurement schedules for clients.
• Oversee project scope, proposals, contracts, and notices to proceed.
• Read construction plans and review price proposals.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep projects on time and budget.
• Manage multiple accounts and develop positive client relationships.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams on operations.
• Travel 50-70% within WA and OR.
