Gordian is seeking an Account Manager to support Job Order Contracting (JOC) clients in a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes professionalism, construction knowledge, and delivering results using Gordian’s data and software.

The Senior Account Manager will manage client relationships, drive renewals and upsells, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet procurement objectives. Travel up to 50–70% within Kentucky and Ohio is required, with full remote flexibility where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or related experience in healthcare construction.
• Knowledge of plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.
• Confident communication and ability to collaborate across levels.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within Kentucky and Ohio and a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts; develop positive working relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert of contracts, proposals, and operations to drive retention and renewals.
• Oversee project support including scope development, take-offs, proposals, and construction management.
• Coordinate with internal teams on renewals, scheduling, training, and provisioning of software to clients.
