Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates with a data-driven, scalable sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive new revenue growth and expansion, hands-on in closing deals, and in leading a team within a fully distributed company environment.

You will grow bookings across B2B SaaS segments, develop growth strategies, manage the pipeline, and mentor the team to build a high-performing sales organization. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.

• SaaS sales expertise with deep understanding of metrics and pricing models.
• Strong track record in B2B SaaS sales and closing deals.
• Technical acumen to explain product features and benefits.
• Data-driven decision making using CRM and analytics.
• Negotiation skills with win-win outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B SaaS segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Lead regular team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Participate in calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Collaborate with marketing/product to develop a strong lead-gen engine.
• Maintain discipline and accountability to metrics and processes.
• Innovate and automate current sales infra to drive growth.
