Storable is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across multiple B2B segments and expand existing revenue. You will lead a hands‑on, data‑driven sales effort and implement scalable processes to win more deals.

You will recruit and mentor a high‑performing team, forecast accurately, and partner with marketing to optimize lead generation. A proven SaaS sales leader with strategic thinking is ideal for this fully distributed role.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS to businesses (B2B).
• Proven track record of growing revenue and closing deals.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor a sales team.
• Ability to forecast and report sales performance to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Optimize the funnel with marketing to develop a strong lead-gen engine.
• Keep the team disciplined and accountable to metrics and processes.
• Innovate and automate upon current infrastructure and sales systems to drive growth.
