Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates with a data-driven, scalable sales engine. We seek a Sales Manager to grow new bookings and expand existing revenue while building a repeatable sales process and leading a high-performing team.

You will close deals, coach team members, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to optimize lead generation and forecast performance. This is a fully distributed, remote-friendly role targeting growth across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS B2B sales teams.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models.
• Proven ability to forecast and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance to leadership with insights for improvement.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals.
• Improve the funnel with marketing, product marketing and leadership to develop lead-gen.
