Job summary

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates and seeks a Sales Manager to drive new bookings and expand existing revenue. You will close deals, lead a scalable sales process, and mentor a high-performing team across SaaS segments.

You will forecast performance, collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and the Sr. Director of Sales, and relentlessly optimize the funnel to fuel growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and subscription revenue.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and closing deals.
• Ability to communicate technical product features effectively.
• Data-driven decision making using CRM and analytics tools.
• Strong contract negotiation and win-win closing approach.
• Proven leadership in building and mentoring sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B SaaS segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and deal closure.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high‑performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales with accuracy.
• Directly participate in calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Collaborate with marketing and product marketing to build a strong lead-gen engine.
• Maintain discipline and accountability to metrics and processes.
• Innovate and automate current sales systems to drive growth.
