Job summary

Storable is redefining property management for specialty real estate through a fully distributed sales organization. We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new bookings, expand existing revenue, and scale a repeatable, data-driven process.

You will lead a B2B SaaS sales team, mentor reps, forecast performance, and partner with marketing and product to optimize lead-gen and close deals. This role requires a strong SaaS and negotiation track record.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue.
• Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales and closing deals.
• Ability to communicate technical product features and benefits clearly.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing with reps.
• Collaborate with marketing/product to develop a strong lead-gen engine.
