Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS business models, pricing, and subscription revenue.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product features effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Implement a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Lead regular team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
