Job summary

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates and is building an operating system to support scalable, data-driven growth. The Sales Manager will lead new revenue growth and expansion, playing a hands-on role in closing deals while implementing a repeatable sales process.

The role requires deep SaaS sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to forecast performance. This is a fully distributed role with national scope, reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing, and subscription revenue in a multi-product ecosystem.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales with revenue growth.
• Strong ability to communicate product features and benefits to buyers.
• Skilled in using CRM and analytics to drive decisions and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and closes.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Lead regular progress meetings and share best practices.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Participate in calls, negotiations, and closing deals with reps.
• Collaborate with marketing and product marketing to build lead-gen engine.
