Job summary

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates with a data-driven, scalable sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive growth across B2B segments, cultivate a high-performing team, and lead hands-on deals while refining processes to forecast and close revenue.

This role blends strategic leadership with practical, do‑er execution. You will partner with marketing and product to optimize lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and mentor recruiters for a strong, data-backed sales culture

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to communicate technical product features and benefits.
• Data-driven decision making using CRM and analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Collaborate with marketing and product marketing to develop strong lead-gen engine.
• Maintain discipline and accountability to metrics and processes.
• Innovate and automate current sales infrastructure to drive growth.
