Storable is transforming property management software for the self-storage, marine, and RV industries. We seek a Sales Manager to drive new revenue and scale expansion, hands-on in closing deals and building a scalable sales process.

You will mentor the team, forecast performance, and align with marketing and product to generate repeatable growth. You will lead a high-performing team, manage complex SaaS deals, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver measurable revenue growth across

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and subscription revenue.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product features.
• Proficiency using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills with win-win outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing and leadership to grow lead generation.
