Paycom is seeking a sales representative to own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing deals. You will lead in presenting our HR software to enterprise clients in fast-paced B2B/SaaS environments and build a robust pipeline through strategic networking.

You will engage with C-suite executives to demonstrate Paycom's HR solutions and manage a high-velocity sales process. Travel, including overnight trips, is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them how Paycom solves their HR headaches.
• Top-performing reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting and networking.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales; training provided.
• Travel required — includes overnight travel.
