Paycom is hiring a sales representative to own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing deals across our HR software suite. You’ll target C-suite buyers in a fast-paced B2B/SaaS environment and accelerate growth with relentless prospecting and strategic networking.

The role emphasizes an industry-leading training program and a high-income trajectory, with a base of $100K and uncapped commissions. Travel is required to cover territory and close opportunities.
