Paycom is seeking a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will prospect, open doors with C-suite executives, and close deals, earning an uncapped commission on top of an $80k base plus $20k supplemental pay, totaling $100k annually.

Travel is required as you expand our enterprise HR software across markets. The role offers top-tier training and rapid career growth for high performers who thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business or professional selling preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and facilitating several touchpoints over multiple channels.

Responsibilities
