Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales handling complex processes and multiple touchpoints.
• Authorized to work in the United States; not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deal.
• Engage with C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom solutions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
• Work in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments and develop enterprise software sales skills.
• Travel as required to meet clients and close deals.
