Job summary

WorkWave is seeking an experienced Provisioning Specialist to lead architectural design, provisioning strategy, and compliance across SaaS implementations for enterprise clients. You will own system environments, enable financial activation, and drive governance within a remote-first, globally distributed Professional Services team.

You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding workflows, manage regulatory compliance, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Evaluate client technical requirements to determine and configure WorkWave environments.
• Direct strategy and execution for activating WorkWave Payments.
• Formulate client registration strategies for 10DLC compliance.
• Establish and enforce governance policies for service scope and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshot provisioning delays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client requirements to determine and configure WorkWave database environments.
• Lead activation of WorkWave Payments across customer accounts with risk and compliance checks.
• Formulate and manage 10DLC compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Establish governance around service scope, approvals, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provisioning delays and ensure smooth handoff to CS.
