Job summary

Cognism Limited is seeking a Provisioning Specialist to manage user access and account provisioning across our SaaS platforms. You will support trials, resolve provisioning issues, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth customer journeys.

The role suits someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work model and cross-time-zone coverage.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Zendesk or similar support tools and CRM platforms.
• Experience handling provisioning or access control in SaaS environments.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage detailed data accurately.
• Proven collaboration with Sales and customer-facing teams to onboard users.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in a customer-support or provisioning role within SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and internal account provisioning through internal systems.
• Create and update user accounts with appropriate access levels.
• Verify user and account information for accuracy, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support to provision trials and customer accounts on time.
• Handle internal provisioning requests across departments to support efficiency.
• Investigate and troubleshoot provisioning issues and drive resolution.
