Job summary

Connecteam is seeking a motivated Professional Service Manager to deliver professional services to clients, set up features based on workflows, and migrate data from existing tools. You will collaborate with CS and R&D to develop expertise and ensure outstanding service, onboarding, and process optimization.

You will meet daily with clients, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work with integration partners to support seamless implementations and an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
• Native-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
• Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners to support seamless implementations and a best-in-class customer experience.
