Job summary

Connecteam, a leading deskless-work platform, seeks a driven Professional Service Manager for the US market. You will deliver professional services, configure features to client workflows, integrate with other platforms, and migrate data from legacy tools into Connecteam.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success and R&D to build expertise, streamline onboarding, and ensure a smooth deployment that saves clients time and improves operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
• Native-level English proficiency is a must.
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and curious to improve.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
• Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
• Build and maintain relationships, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners to support implementations and troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
