Job summary

Findhelp is seeking an Implementation Manager to orchestrate standardized customer launches and deliver Initial Value with precision. You will own the onboarding journey, coordinating across Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure smooth go-lives for a portfolio of clients.

The role requires 3+ years in SaaS implementations, strong project management discipline, and the ability to translate complex workflows into actionable integration steps.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in implementation, customer success, project management, or technical project management within SaaS or similar.
• Strong execution skills using project management methodologies and tracking tools.
• Technical fluency to map workflows into data integration configurations for diverse client structures, including Gemini usage.
• Clear communication of technical steps to non-technical users and cross-team milestone updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales-to-Service handoff and lead the full implementation lifecycle across a diverse portfolio.
• Lead User Scoping, Workflow Validation, and Technical/Integration Design sessions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex integrations or custom requirements.
• Execute project plans and track deliverables, keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned to timelines.
• Develop 30/60/90-day progress reports for leadership visibility into portfolio health.
• Complete Go-Live Readiness Assessments prior to launch and hand off to the Customer Success team.
• Share project management best practices within the implementation team.
