Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager to lead complex SaaS deployments within the Cloud Services Software team. You will own project plans, drive on-time delivery, mitigate risks, and coordinate with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure successful, on-time implementation.

The role requires 5+ years in project management for SaaS, strong communication and leadership, and experience navigating a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience navigating and leading agile projects within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate the 'big picture' strategy.
• Proficient in developing project documentation and cloud-based document management systems.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is a plus.
• PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications desirable.
• Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan - Write, manage, implement, and measure the project plan.
• Drive On-Time Delivery - Track deliverables, milestones, resources, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate Risk & Escalate - Anticipate issues and provide escalation management.
• Lead Implementation - Ensure successful hand-off to Support and Success teams.
• Primary liaison for customers, partners, and internal staff for project matters.
• Establish status updates and facilitate productive meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform risk analysis and develop data-driven action plans to resolve issues.
