Job summary

Motorola Solutions, a leader in safety and communications technology, seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex SaaS deployment projects and coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams. The role requires strong communication and cross-functional leadership to ensure on-time delivery across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS project management, experience navigating a matrixed organization, and a solid grasp of agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
• Experience leading agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to communicate strategy cross-departmentally.
• Proficient in developing project documentation and cloud-based tools.
• Experience with public safety systems a plus.
• PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own, write, manage, and continuously measure the project plan using automated tools.
• Drive on-time delivery with comprehensive launch plans and resource tracking across cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate risks, escalate issues, and develop contingency plans across project lifecycles.
• Lead implementation and hand-off to support and success teams.
