Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex SaaS deployments, guiding cross-functional teams to on-time delivery. You will manage plans, track milestones, and coordinate with customers and partners to ensure successful outcomes.

This role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation within a matrixed organization. A background in public safety tech is a plus, with PMP or similar certs desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud-based document management systems.
• Knowledge of public safety communications is a plus.
• PMP, PMP-ACP or equivalent certifications desirable.
• Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan and manage delivery using PM tools and processes.
• Drive On-Time Delivery with comprehensive launch plans and cross-functional tracking.
• Mitigate risk and escalate issues across project phases.
• Lead implementation and hand-off to Support and Success teams.
