Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional SaaS deployments within the Cloud Services Software team in the U.S. You will own project plans, drive on-time delivery, and manage risk across matrixed organizations and customers.

The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with 3+ years in SaaS project management, agile experience, and familiarity with public safety customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience leading agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan and manage it using automated tools and processes.
• Drive On-Time Delivery with launch plans, milestones, resources, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and implement corrective actions throughout project life cycles.
• Lead implementation and hand-off to Support and Success teams.
