Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional SaaS deployment projects within the Cloud Services Software team. You will own the project plan, drive on-time delivery, manage risks, and coordinate with customers and internal partners to ensure successful, on-time implementation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SaaS PM experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus), and strong communication and leadership skills in a matrixed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan and manage delivery using PM tools and processes.
• Drive On-Time Delivery with comprehensive launch plans and cross-functional coordination.
• Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and implement corrective actions across all project phases.
• Lead implementation and hand-off to Support and Success teams.
