Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of project management experience or 7+ years in related fields.
• Experience forecasting and driving project revenue.
• Technical domain experience in Public Safety or related systems (e.g., ASTRO 25, IT networks, military, civil construction).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage large-scale programs.
• Develop and maintain baseline project plans, milestones, and critical paths.
• Manage budgets, schedule, and scope to meet financial and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment.
