Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex SaaS deployment programs. You will navigate a highly matrixed organization, coordinate with customers and partners, and ensure on-time delivery of multi-team initiatives.

Strong communication and risk management skills are essential. You’ll partner with Cloud Services Software teams, drive project plans, and hand off to Support after successful implementation, while maintaining transparent status updates and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Experience navigating agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to document projects and work with cloud-based documentation systems.
• Public safety domain experience is a significant plus.
• PM certifications (PMP, PMP-ACP) are desirable.
• Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional product deployment projects.
• Write, manage, and measure project plans with automated tools.
• Drive on-time delivery, track milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate hand-off to Support and Success teams after implementation.
• Act as primary liaison for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide regular status updates and facilitate key meetings.
• Influence stakeholders and drive strategic process improvements.
