Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex SaaS deployment projects within a highly matrixed organization in the U.S. You will own project plans, drive on-time delivery, mitigate risk, and ensure seamless implementation and hand-off to Support teams.

The role requires 3+ years of SaaS project management, strong communication, and experience with agile methodologies. Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) and certifications like PMP are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience working with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's Degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience navigating and leading agile projects within a highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate the 'big picture' strategy across teams.
• Proficient in developing project documentation and cloud-based document management systems.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is a significant plus.
• PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications are highly desirable.
• Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan—Write, manage, implement, and measure the project plan with automated tools.
• Drive On-Time Delivery—Maintain launch plans, track milestones, resources, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate Risk & Escalate—Identify issues, contingency plans, and manage escalations throughout all project phases.
• Lead Implementation—Ensure successful implementation and hand-off to Support and Success teams.
