Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex SaaS deployment projects within the Cloud Services Software team. You will guide cross-functional teams, implement plans, and ensure on-time delivery while proactively addressing risks and escalation.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience navigating a matrixed organization. PMP or equivalent agile certifications are highly desirable, with Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Project Management experience working with SaaS solutions.
Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree is a plus.
Demonstrated experience successfully navigating and leading agile projects within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate the 'big picture' strategy while building trust with leaders cross-departmentally.
Proficient in developing project documentation and experienced with cloud-based document management systems.
Experience with Public Safety communications systems, understanding of local public safety customers (police, fire, EMS) is a significant plus.
PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications are highly desirable.
Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the Project Plan—Write, manage, implement, and continuously measure the project plan using automated tools and processes.
Drive On-Time Delivery—Develop and communicate launch plans, track deliverables, milestones, resources, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Mitigate Risk & Escalate—Anticipate issues, craft contingency plans, and manage escalation across all phases.
Lead Implementation—Ensure successful implementation and hand-off to Support and Success teams.
Serve as primary liaison for customers, channel partners, subcontractors, and internal staff on project matters.
Establish regular status updates and facilitate effective meetings to drive decisions and deadlines.
Perform risk analyses and provide data-driven solutions to customers and management.
