Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex SaaS deployment projects within our Cloud Services software group. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple customer implementations. The role requires 5+ years in SaaS project management, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's preferred. This is an on-site role based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Project Plan with automated tools and processes.
• Drive On-Time Delivery with launch plans, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Mitigate risks and manage escalation across all phases of projects.
• Lead implementation and hand-off to long-term Support/Success teams.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers, partners, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Organize status updates and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings to drive decisions and deadlines.
• Apply business and financial insight to project decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate on tools/processes to improve collaboration and reduce redundancy.
