Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Fresno/Bakersfield to expand Thryv’s footprint with existing clients and win new software accounts. The role emphasizes field sales, demos, and strategic prospecting to meet a sales quota.

You will work with clients to grow usage, secure new SaaS clients, and collaborate with marketing and tech teams to roll out enhancements and new products. Requires 3+ years in SaaS sales and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required.
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
• Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems.
• The Outside Software Account Representative conducts greater than 50% of their work outside of their home office.
• 50% driving requirement and valid driver’s license.
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute).
