Job summary

Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to expand our SaaS footprint within existing client bases in Fresno/Bakersfield. You’ll drive a majority of sales outside the home office, nurture relationships, and pursue new SaaS clients to meet a sales quota while leveraging company programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably SaaS).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge with understanding of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently in a remote-first environment and conduct sales presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new programs.
• 50%+ outside/home office work; driving 50% of the time; must live within 1-hour of posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration in existing client base and engage current software clients.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS clients to meet a predetermined sales quota.
• Present opportunities and drive additional sales or extended usage.
• Execute defined processes and participate in training and calibration activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology to roll out product enhancements.
