Job summary

Thryv, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to expand Thryv’s software footprint with existing clients and to win new SaaS business.

This field-oriented, remote-first role requires local presence and a strong ability to manage a broad client base while meeting sales targets. Candidates should have 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in outbound sales, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably SaaS).
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle) required.
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Remote-first environment with a need for local presence.
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new programs.
• 50% driving requirement and valid driver's license.
• Must live within 1-hour commute of the posting city.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to grow penetration and usage.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients to meet sales quota.
• Follow defined processes and cadences for engagement and orders.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training.
