Job summary

Thryv, Inc. is hiring an Outside Software Account Representative to expand our software client base from Charleston, WV and beyond. This remote-first role calls on existing clients and hunts for new SaaS opportunities to meet sales quotas.

Candidates should have 3+ years in direct sales, 2+ years in outbound sales, and strong interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required, preferably in a SaaS role.
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required.
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with emotional intelligence and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to nurture relationships and grow opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS clients to meet sales quotas.
• Execute defined sales processes and cadences with excellence.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings and calibrations.
