Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow Thryv's SaaS client base in Spokane and beyond. This remote-friendly role requires building a book of business through self-generated prospecting and company initiatives while meeting a sales quota.

You will expand relationships with existing Thryv clients, qualify new opportunities, and execute defined sales processes, cadences, and certifications to drive growth in local markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full cycle).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Develop and manage a self-generated pipeline from scratch.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Present Thryv solutions and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
