Job summary

Visitt Inc. is seeking a highly organized Professional Services Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll manage post-sale onboarding and implementation to deliver a smooth, timely setup for clients and ensure a strong initial product experience.

You’ll coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales, run remote or onsite training, and monitor progress to address issues and align on customer goals. This role blends project management with hands-on client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Professional Services, Onboarding, or Implementation within SaaS or tech.
• Strong PM and organizational skills, able to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable leading customer-facing training sessions and implementation conversations.
• Proficient with Excel and familiar with CRMs and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale onboarding process for new customers—from kickoff through successful go-live.
• Gather client requirements, configure accounts, and tailor the Visitt platform to fit workflows.
• Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct remote or onsite training sessions to guide customers through platform features.
• Monitor onboarding progress, proactively address issues, and communicate milestones.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff after implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer goals, use cases, and priorities.
• Provide feedback to improve onboarding workflows, templates, and platform usability.
• Contribute to refinement of onboarding playbooks and documentation.
