Alivo is seeking a highly driven Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their first 90 days, ensuring fast live setup, strong product adoption, and long-term success.

You'll own the customer journey from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with support and product teams to remove blockers and accelerate value realization. The role emphasizes hands-on training, clear communication, and a customer-obsessed approach to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles with SaaS products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and onboarding timelines simultaneously.
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and train non-technical users.
• Experience with AI-powered products or automation tools.
• Background in CRM tools, including HubSpot.
• Eligible to work in the United States and based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the First 90 Days of the Customer Journey by guiding onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead kickoff calls and guide customers through onboarding steps.
• Train day-to-day users on how to use Alivo effectively.
• Ensure accounts are fully set up, configured, and ready to go live.
• Proactively remove blockers to onboarding delays; maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues and gather feedback.
