Job summary

SCP Distributors/ Superior Pool Products seeks a SaaS Implementation Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and adoption, ensuring configuration, testing, and launch meet client needs.

You will create training materials, resolve technical challenges, and track usage to accelerate value, collaborating with Product and Success teams for a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical account management.
• Training/teaching skills for diverse audiences.
• Troubleshooting, project management, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong process documentation and feedback orientation.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g. SaaS platforms, project management) are a plus.

Responsibilities
